People can earn points by the number of posts they have and can spend them in a market place where people sell sigs for LR, WR, FR LR=learning rights WR= wearing rights Full Rights= its yours no matter what. People that get paid all these points can either sell them for cash to people that need points for sumthing via paypal or but secret website url's and good rendering site info from other users.

Yeah, I doubt it has it. But maybe you can actually get a mod of PHPBB from the net. I'm pretty sure there must be one out there. Btw, Digi is configurating the Ranks atm. So wish him lotta strenght. XD
