| it's much better you are getting good... put a border on the border like a 1 pixel line..... lower opacity or put to 100% opacity and set blending option to overlay | |

| it doesnt look right still..
what you have to do
get the pencil tool....hold shift to make the line straight....
make it right aboce the border..... mayb white or that green color... then set ur border layer to overlay... and make sure you only have one border layer or set to.....linear light | |
