1. I really don't like your layout. The skin is great but I think you have to many tabs. I think it should look something like this:

Request Pick-up (Put it inside of Request)
SOTW
SOTW Hall Of Fame (Put it inside of SOTW)

Renders
Stocks
Brushes
Tutorial
Misc.

Gaming
Gaming Discussion

[ßÞk] Discussion (Put it inside of Klan Info)
[ßÞk] Tryout (Put it Inside of Klan Info)

The SOTW and Applications doesn't need to take up a whole board in my opinion. Also you need to make groups and give them special permission on viewing the Staff part of the forum.

2. Join any and all promotions websites that you can. I know its not fun but if you want your forum to make it a long way you need to invest a lot of time into it.
